Biography


Alicia Sundermeyer is an attorney and serves as of counsel to Murray | Lobb, PLLC in the firm’s corporate practice group utilizing in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. While construction contracts are her favorite, the scope of her experience spans from internal business operations & affairs to external relations with clients, vendors, and contractors. Alicia also focuses a portion of her practice in banking transactions and compliance, SBA Loan documentation, real estate transactions, as well as business and asset acquisitions.

As a corporate lawyer, Ms. Sundermeyer advises companies across a wide array of industries providing general corporate counsel and drafting documents for commercial transactions, real property or equipment leases, labor and employment law, independent contractor agreements, as well as business formation and entity management.

Alicia also has experience assisting clients with their personal affairs, drafting wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents, as well as residential leases and construction agreements.

Loving her small-town Friendswood, with the close proximity to both the beach and the big city, Alicia is firmly rooted in the Bay Area. As a sixth-generation Texan, she grew up in Clear Lake, earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston in 2005, and achieved her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. Alicia spends her free time with her husband and two teenage sons. You might find them working on trucks, out on the water, at motorcycle races, hiking, cooking, or playing games. They all love just being together and keep each other laughing!
