Biography


Chuck Lobb is the senior litigation partner at Murray | Lobb, PLLC. Chuck has received an “AV” Peer Review rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has written and spoken at numerous continuing legal education seminars in the area of construction and debt collection.

Chuck has tried cases since 1986 primarily focusing on commercial and construction cases. Although versed in evidence and procedure, Chuck endeavors to resolve disputes without resorting to litigation. He has represented clients as large a David Weekley Homes and Pulte Homes to small custom home builders, and from large national banks to small community banks and local credit unions throughout Texas. He also represents clients in other states with their needs in Texas.

Chuck believes in putting the boots on the ground and visiting construction sites and talking to the participants instead of remaining in the office and obtaining this information. His practice of working with the client and understanding their goals combined with his extensive legal knowledge significantly aids in dispute resolution.

He focuses his practice involving construction disputes, breach of contract, commercial collections, materialman and mechanics liens, and extraordinary remedies including sequestrations and injunctions. Chuck has extensive experience in Note and Security Agreement collection litigation. His practice takes him to counties throughout Texas, including, Galveston, Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Bexar, Brazos, Dallas, Washington and Montgomery,

Chuck is an avid hunter and saltwater fisherman.
