Kyle L. Dickson is a partner with Murray | Lobb, PLLC. He concentrates his practice on issues related to creditors’ rights, bankruptcy & debt collection, local government & municipalities, technology and commercial & civil litigation.

For nearly 30 years, Kyle has managed and participated in an eclectic array of legal matters assisting his clients with complex legal needs. He has represented various types and sizes of companies before state and federal courts, appellate courts and numerous state regulatory agencies and the FCC. In connection with his work for these clients, he has been involved in all aspects of the pre-trial and trial phases of these cases. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, including expert depositions, preparation of witnesses for deposition, as well as preparing and arguing motions, including dispositive motions. Kyle has also been involved in a number of appeals, including substandard structures.

Kyle has had the unique experience of going from the private practice of law to in-house counsel and serving in a variety of executive functions and then returning to private practice of law years later. This combination of experience gives him an uncommon perspective on many legal matters.
