Philip Nolen



Philip is an attorney in Murray Lobb’s litigation section. His practice includes general commercial litigation along with concentrations in business, banking, municipality, real estate and construction. Although Philip is a member of the litigation team, he also regularly aids small businesses and individuals with all their legal needs. Philip commonly pursues and defends against fraud, breach of contract, landlord/tenant, Residential Construction Liability Act and Deceptive Trade Practice claims.

Philip has experience writing and arguing motions, including dispositive motions, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements and defending depositions. When he is not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with his wife and two children while enjoying all the Texas gulf coast has to offer.
