Biography


Staci is a senior attorney in real estate, corporate and lending at Murray | Lobb, PLLC. She focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including all types of leases representing both tenants and landlords, purchase and sale agreements, owner-financing transactions, curative matters for title work, easements, and all other types of real estate contracts and agreements. In conjunction with her real estate practice, Staci also focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate law including entity choice and formation for limited liability companies, corporations, general partnerships, limited partnerships and joint ventures, transferring assets, mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchase and sale agreements, business succession planning, franchise agreements, private placement memorandums, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, indemnity agreements and general contracts and other transactional matters. Her clients consist of individuals and small, medium and large businesses, all of which are active in a variety of business industries. Many of her clients are well established businesses but she particularly enjoys working with and addressing the needs of new, growing and expanding businesses.

Staci’s expertise and experience in both real estate and corporate law has culminated in her also becoming a highly respected lending attorney for banking clients. She represents banks, credit unions and third-party private lenders in reviewing and drafting loan packages and supporting documentation. She is adept at preparing loan packages for unsecured and secured commercial matters (including construction loans). Staci is also well-versed in preparing SBA 7(a) and 504 loan packages for various SBA preferred lenders.

Staci also practices in the field of probate and estate planning. She enjoys helping her clients on a more individualized basis in preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorneys, medical powers of attorneys and physicians’ directives (aka “living wills”), among other miscellaneous items.

Staci attends the Southeast Church of Christ and is a Director and President of Second Chance Pets, a 501(c)3 non-profit.
